EHS Analyst

Location: McGregor, Texas, United States; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $60,000–$86,169.99

What you will do

• Implement and manage environmental compliance systems covering air, water, and waste, with secondary responsibility for safety compliance.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, site permits, and corporate standards.
• Interface with regulatory agencies by preparing documentation, scheduling and performing required testing, and completing follow-up actions.
• Manage the on-site wastewater treatment system and optimize water treatment strategies and reduction measures.
• Conduct site assessments and provide guidance on changing compliance requirements.
• Support and lead site audits conducted by state and federal regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a related Engineering field preferred; candidates without a four-year degree may also apply based on practical experience and relevant skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of RADIUS and Oracle is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions during the previous three years.
• Ability to stand and walk through manufacturing or laboratory facilities throughout the day, climb to elevated positions, and stoop to low levels for physical observations.
