Engineering Manager (Trusted Agentic Development)

Location: Remote, Poland

Base salary: 296,000–444,000 PLN per year for residents of the EU in the specified country or countries.

What you will do

• Build and grow an engineering team focused on trusted agentic development.
• Set the technical direction for validating software built by AI agents.
• Develop fast, automatic feedback loops that help agents self-correct toward working software.
• Partner with engineering teams across hirify.global to drive adoption through a useful platform rather than mandates.
• Measure engineer trust and adoption through real usage and use findings to prioritize improvements.
• Engage in architecture and design discussions while managing goals, feedback, performance, and delivery.

Requirements

• Direct experience using AI agents to build software and understanding of the difference between passing tests and working software.
• Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous, early-stage problems.
• Ability to drive adoption through influence and cross-functional partnerships.
• Technical depth in architecture and validation strategy discussions.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing accountable, high-performing teams.
• Strong written communication skills in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
