Credit Systems Support Specialist I (Banking)

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States; statewide travel may be required.

What you will do

• Provide ongoing support to internal Lending and Credit users.
• Assist with the development, quality assurance testing, debugging, integration, and administration of credit systems software.
• Log ACE production issues and document system enhancement requirements for management and programming staff.
• Help statewide internal users and new hires navigate system releases and enhancements.
• Generate monthly Credit/Collateral Exception reports and support monthly and quarterly ACE volume reporting.
• Maintain data integrity and operational efficiency while coordinating development priorities and production issues with IT and programming staff.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Ability to travel statewide as needed.
• Flexibility to work late and/or weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or previous banking or lending experience.
• Experience using ACE.
• At least one year of Information Technology experience.
