Application Support Analyst (Payments)

Location: Hybrid in Springfield, Missouri or Monett, Missouri; travel required 10%. Onsite interviews or in-person onboarding may be required.

What you will do

• Analyze customer products and processes and map them to JHA solutions.
• Prepare customers for software installation and guide them through implementation.
• Configure customer systems, including parameter setup.
• Provide application training, software guidance, and post-installation support.
• Resolve customer technical and procedural issues, including support at customer sites or remotely.
• Communicate customer needs with programmers, team members, and team leaders throughout each project or case.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of experience in a financial institution, application analysis, or software implementation.
• Ability to travel 10%.
• Customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented, and motivated approach.
• General knowledge of information systems, business operations, and procedures.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial institutions, credit unions, or related industries.
• Knowledge of JHA products, competing products, and application functions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently on non-complex projects and with guidance on moderately complex projects.
