Associate Specialist, Production Operations (Fintech)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States; fully on-site

What you will do

• Support day-to-day production operations through monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare customer payments and client transactions for processing.
• Perform document imaging, data entry, and exception-item decisions.
• Verify and distribute computer output while identifying calculation and balance errors.
• Prepare outgoing customer mail and complete other assigned operational duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
• Considerable knowledge of remittance processing and client specifications.
• Knowledge of item processing, client transaction processing, computer output verification, and related problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of offline and peripheral equipment operation and maintenance.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills, with the ability to assemble, organize, and sequence work.
