Regional HVAC Service Trainer (HVAC)

Location: East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, United States; office-based and not remote

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base annually, negotiable based on experience, plus an additional monthly productivity and profit bonus.

What you will do

• Lead training sessions for mechanical contractors, service managers, and field service technicians.
• Deliver technical instruction on refrigeration cycles, electrical and mechanical controls, and fire systems.
• Develop and improve course content and delivery methods.
• Assess participant knowledge and adapt course starting points and pacing.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, maintain trainee engagement, and manage questions during sessions.
• Maintain training equipment, software, tools, and facilities, and provide remote support to trained technicians.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience.
• Extensive HVACR experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and navigate wiring schematics.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Must be willing to travel for initial training and enjoy hands-on product work.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
