Lead Solutions Architect (Cloud)

Location: Remote in Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Set technical direction and develop architecture strategies, solution assessments, and road maps for digital applications.
• Design enterprise-level cloud infrastructure, platforms, and application architectures for hirify.global’s web channels.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical build-versus-buy evaluations with business and delivery leaders.
• Present solution designs, risks, challenges, and benefits to technology and business partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect successful solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive information technology experience in architecture, engineering, information security, or a related specialized technology field.
• Experience designing technology solutions and application architecture aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Must work from a dedicated space and maintain internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
