GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: In-person, 5 days a week at the London office in Shoreditch Exchange, United Kingdom

Jack & Jill is building AI agent infrastructure that connects candidates and companies in the global labour market.

What you will do

• Build and own internal tooling and scalable systems for the commercial team.
• Develop and deploy advanced agents into existing workflows, including customer-facing reactivation and expansion campaigns.
• Identify signals that predict account expansion, churn, usage, and health, then connect them to timely interventions.
• Work closely with customers and commercial leaders to prioritize problems based on retention, revenue, usage, and expansion outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers on product initiatives, A/B tests, and in-product customer enablement.

Requirements

• Experience building complex systems, navigating a codebase, and working with production code, agents, and APIs.
• Ability to turn manual processes into scalable systems and ship end-to-end solutions.
• Strong commercial and customer-outcome orientation.
• Hands-on experience using agents, understanding their limitations, and deciding what should be automated.
• Some exposure to hiring processes, hiring management, RevOps, growth, sales, solutions engineering, or other customer-facing technical work.
• High agency and comfort working in an ambiguous 0-to-1 environment as a hands-on individual contributor.
