AI & Automation Engineer (Power Platform): Building secure, scalable AI and automation solutions for clients across Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Azure with an accent on workflow development, integrations, and end-to-end delivery. Location: Hybrid in Glasgow or Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom

What you will do
- Build, test, deploy, and support secure AI-enabled automation solutions for clients.
- Translate business requirements and process improvement opportunities into workflows, applications, integrations, and technical configurations.
- Develop solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
- Integrate workflows and applications with APIs, connectors, enterprise systems, data platforms, and line-of-business applications.
- Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, solution reviews, testing, releases, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, data specialists, and project teams while troubleshooting and supporting live solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions from requirements through deployment and support.
- Experience integrating applications and workflows using APIs, connectors, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of testing, troubleshooting, documentation, release practices, governance, security, environment management, and compliance.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Glasgow or Aberdeen role location.
Nice to have
- Experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational and agent-based AI technologies.
- Understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt design, enterprise AI use cases, and the Azure AI ecosystem.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and ALM practices for Power Platform.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, consultancy, professional services, or client delivery.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
