Product Engineer Graduate (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office attendance required at least 3 days per week

Salary: £70,000–£85,000 per year

What you will do

• Join a product team and contribute to production software from the first week.
• Build, ship, and monitor product features alongside experienced engineers.
• Own at least one meaningful project end to end, from idea and implementation through release and user feedback.
• Develop services and interfaces using Go, TypeScript, React, and Postgres.
• Work on AI-native features that investigate incidents, explain failures, and increasingly resolve issues automatically.
• Collaborate through stand-ups, code reviews, feedback, and in-person product discussions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Programming experience in any language, such as Go, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, bias for action, and willingness to learn from mistakes.
• Ability to collaborate in person and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
• Available to start in June or September 2027, depending on graduation date.
