Senior Technical Program Manager (Public Safety Integrations)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$215,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding of public safety customers onto existing LiveOps integrations, from discovery and security setup through validation, go-live, and support handoff.
• Define the third-party integration strategy, prioritizing platforms based on customer demand, business terms, technical feasibility, and the product roadmap.
• Establish technical partnerships with vendors, scope APIs and data-sharing interfaces, and drive commitments through delivery.
• Coordinate requirements, dependencies, testing, and production releases with the Cloud Software and Web Platform engineering teams.
• Lead field troubleshooting by coordinating root-cause analysis, fixes, status updates, and resolution communication across customers, partners, and engineering.
• Build scalable integration playbooks, runbooks, documentation, onboarding checklists, and program-health reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management or similar experience delivering cloud software programs with external customers and partners.
• Experience owning customer-facing programs and serving as the accountable customer contact.
• Technical fluency in APIs, authentication and SSO, data flows, cloud infrastructure, networking, and integration concepts.
• Experience establishing and managing third-party technical partnerships, including strategy, scoping, and vendor commitments.
• Strong planning, prioritization, dependency and risk management, communication, and follow-through skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with public safety systems such as CAD, RMS, 911/dispatch, real-time crime centers, cameras, or evidence management.
• Experience with CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, real-time video, WebRTC, streaming, or geospatial systems.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IP allowlisting, certificates, identity providers, logs, and API inspection.
• Experience building partner programs or working in partnerships, customer success, solutions, or B2B SaaS roles.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and high ownership.
