What you will do
- Manage service contracts and coordinate field engineers.
- Handle internal and external enquiries about service packages.
- Create and control orders while administering subsequent service work.
- Support logistical planning and product delivery.
- Prepare client quotations with support from the technical team.
- Access client web portals and use bespoke company programmes, with training provided.
Requirements
- Previous coordination or similar experience is advantageous.
- Confident telephone, face-to-face, and email communication.
- Competent computer skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient and tenacious approach to work.
- Ability to support customers from a variety of industries.
