Supply Chain Project Lead (MedTech): Leading end-to-end supply chain projects and strategic programs with external manufacturing partners and collaborators, with an accent on reliability, quality, compliance, continuity, and cost improvement. Location: Based in Raynham, Massachusetts, United States, or Zuchwil, Switzerland; requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $94,000–$151,800 annually.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain projects, strategic programs, and issue-resolution initiatives with external manufacturing partners and strategic collaborators.
  • Develop project business cases and contribute to value stream product strategy roadmaps.
  • Drive supply chain reliability, quality, compliance, profitability, and continuous cost improvements.
  • Lead supply continuity improvements, disruption recovery, and risk and issue resolution.
  • Support new product execution and integration into lifecycle management and base business processes.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, communications, governance, and multifunctional team alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, or 4 years with a Master’s degree or 2 years with a Ph.D.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, or R&D within healthcare.
  • Experience developing and implementing processes for new or existing products, processes, or technologies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management, organizational change, data analytics, and problem-solving.
  • English is mandatory. Experience in complex matrix organizations and collaboration with internal and external partners is required.

Nice to have

  • Supply chain, operations, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, medical devices, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Knowledge of master production scheduling, inventory management, supply chain management, P&L, and COGS.
  • Project management certification such as PMP/PMI or FPX.
  • Experience working in a global environment.
