Supv Regional Onsite Operations SCO (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote — Pennsylvania; travel up to 80% of the time for business purposes within and outside the state.

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Supervise the day-to-day activities and outcomes of staff across multiple small sites.
• Ensure customer needs are met through accurate inventory levels, product quality, and effective staff interactions.
• Coordinate inventory transfers, production orders, scheduling, and resources to minimize backorders.
• Handle operational escalations and serve as a point of contact for management, sales, and customers.
• Conduct site audits, annual physical inventories, customer assessments, and implementation planning.
• Hire, train, review, and develop staff while supporting budgets, morale, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of supply chain or warehouse/inventory experience.
• Experience prioritizing workloads and scheduling effectively to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with inventory tracking software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including within the state and out of state.
