Clinical Recruiter

Location: Remote from a Latin American country; comfortable working with United States time zones.

What you will do

• Build and continuously expand a high-volume pipeline of nurse practitioners and other licensed clinical professionals across relevant United States markets.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, licensing directories, referrals, and creative outbound strategies.
• Engage clinicians through personalized outreach, build relationships, communicate the opportunity, and provide a high-touch candidate experience.
• Screen candidates for experience, credentials, licensing, motivation, availability, and overall fit, then prepare structured recommendations for clinical and business leaders.
• Develop repeatable recruiting workflows, maintain applicant tracking system data, and track sourcing, interviews, offers, hires, conversions, and pipeline health.
• Partner with leadership, credentialing, and enrollment resources to align recruiting capacity with hiring demand and geographic expansion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search.
• Experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals in the United States, especially licensed healthcare professionals and preferably nurse practitioners.
• Experience with proactive outbound sourcing, high-volume pipelines, candidate engagement, and relationship building.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize rapidly changing hiring needs, and make sound decisions in an ambiguous early-stage environment.
• Based in a Latin American country and comfortable working with United States time zones.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in skilled nursing, senior living, post-acute care, behavioral health, primary care, or related healthcare settings.
• Experience recruiting across multiple United States states and familiarity with state-specific clinical licensing requirements.
• Experience with healthcare provider credentialing or enrollment and building a clinical talent pipeline from scratch.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, healthcare startups, or high-growth healthcare organizations.
• Experience using AI and automation tools to improve sourcing and recruiting efficiency.
