Machine Operator Lead (Flex Press)

Location: Greenville, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 1:45 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Salary: $25.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. A $1,500 retention bonus is available after six months of employment.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned production area, resolving novel problems and guiding operators.
• Operate high-precision color presses, automated turret systems, and related converting and finishing equipment.
• Manage complex machine setups, ink mixing, color matching, and ISO-compliant quality testing.
• Interpret job documents and train new and existing press operators on converting operations and advanced press functions.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex equipment and process issues with internal stakeholders.
• Support supervisors with workload prioritization, task assignments, resource alignment, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED; equivalent work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Hands-on experience with narrow-web flex presses.
• Experience operating press, converting, and finishing equipment, including die cutting, laminating, and slitting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and technical mentoring skills.
• Ability to perform complex tasks with minimal supervision while following safety, PPE, quality, and productivity standards.
