Compensation: USD $81,225–$111,100 annually

What you will do

• Create digital experiences across websites, mobile products, eCommerce, campaigns, marketing, editorial, and AI-powered products.
• Collaborate with UX, content, visual design, code, strategy, technology, and leadership teams.
• Align user needs and system decisions with technical constraints and business goals.
• Build and scale design systems using Figma variables, tokens, and component libraries.
• Set direction and shared expectations for design work while maintaining craft, cohesion, and quality.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating beautiful, usable experiences across devices and contexts, including systems thinking at scale.
• At least 5 years of experience designing digital experiences, including platform, enterprise, or systems-level work.
• Strong UX fundamentals, refined visual design skills, and mastery of color, typography, illustration, motion, and detail.
• Production experience with Figma variables, design tokens, and component libraries.
• Curiosity about AI tools and trends, including generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
• Ability to think holistically about user and business needs, explain design decisions, collaborate effectively, and maintain high precision.

Nice to have

• Advanced prototyping capabilities.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and applying human-in-the-loop design principles.
• Experience with accessibility, ethics, transparency, user research, discovery, and agile processes.
• Basic understanding of front-end concepts such as HTML and CSS.
• Agency, product, platform, HCI, human factors, or interaction design experience.
