Senior User Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite full-time. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $94,000–$130,000 annually for roles located in Illinois or Texas, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Design AI-powered products and platforms across web and/or mobile experiences.
• Use AI-powered and code-based tools such as Claude Code and Claude to explore concepts, build prototypes, and deliver design solutions.
• Execute user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Collaborate with the UX Lead, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure feasible, consistent designs.
• Maintain UX standards, patterns, and scalable design systems while championing accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
• Present design decisions, contribute to workshops and critiques, and use UX metrics and AI-assisted analysis to refine future work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a product or UX designer with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability or willingness to use AI- and code-based prototyping tools.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Working familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration and code-based prototyping.
• Knowledge of WCAG, inclusive design, product thinking, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Professional services experience, particularly in legal, financial, accounting, or consulting environments.
• Experience with emerging AI workflows, Agile or Scrum methodologies, and UX metrics tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
• UX design or design thinking certification.
