Program Delivery Principal (Healthcare)

Location: Remote NY NYC METRO, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $166,700–$229,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of product delivery initiatives.
• Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional programs, including governance, accountability, roadmaps, and execution standards.
• Drive operational excellence and transformation by modernizing processes, operating models, workflows, and delivery capabilities.
• Establish KPIs, operational metrics, dashboards, and business reviews to support data-driven decisions.
• Advise senior leadership on delivery priorities, risks, transformation opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholder groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 7+ years of full-time experience in consulting, corporate or business unit strategy, or program/project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust with business leaders.
• Collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style and commitment to professional growth.
• Dedicated home workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; the role requires protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Managed care or healthcare services experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience with payer organizations.
• 2–4+ years of experience in the Medicare market.
