Application Support Analyst (SQL)

Location: Bala Cynwyd (Philadelphia Area), Pennsylvania, United States; onsite. Required working hours: 10am–7pm to provide coverage for later business activity.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for application issues in Trading and Operations environments.
• Use SQL queries, scripts, and monitoring tools to diagnose issues and identify production problems proactively.
• Manage incoming email and ticketing queues, prioritize incidents, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Communicate impact, resolution progress, and expectations clearly to end users.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve systems through automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an application support role.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL development.
• Availability to work 10am–7pm for coverage of later business activity.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
