Application Production Support Analyst (Fixed Income)

Location: New York City, hybrid with at least 3 days onsite per week. hirify.global does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.

What you will do

• Provide L1/L2 production and application support for fixed income trading platforms.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, and analyze and scrape logs to identify production issues.
• Support trading, pricing, risk, analytics, booking, and RFQ lifecycle workflows.
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes in ServiceNow and support releases and enhancements through JIRA.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues and improve system reliability.
• Support ION MarketView, Bloomberg, MarketAxess, and other in-house and vendor applications while contributing to automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application or production support experience in investment banking or capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products, pricing, risk concepts, and the RFQ lifecycle.
• Experience supporting trading and risk applications, with exposure to ION MarketView, Bloomberg, and MarketAxess.
• Hands-on production troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident management experience.
• Knowledge of FIX Protocol, Linux and Windows environments, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Geneos.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, ServiceNow, and JIRA, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
