Application Analyst 2 (Banking)

Location: On-site at the Financial Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the area. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered.

What you will do

• Analyze, implement, modify, monitor, and optimize enterprise applications and application performance.
• Monitor system health, server applications, logs, reports, capacity, and performance; identify and resolve issues.
• Implement application installations and upgrades while following change control procedures.
• Provide technical and business support to defined end-user groups and business partners.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, platform, infrastructure, hardware, software, and database tiers.
• Coordinate with vendors, external support personnel, the Project Management Office, and Technology partners.

Requirements

• Associate degree or two years of commensurate experience in lieu of the education requirement.
• Six years of job-related experience, with strong application administration and support experience.
• In-depth experience with the .NET Framework or Java and enterprise-level cloud and mobile applications.
• Strong SQL and database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience designing, implementing, and integrating third-party solutions, plus strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, customer service, multitasking, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Banking experience with Fiserv Premier, Corillian, or Mobiliti.
• Experience with financial solutions such as Plaid, Alloy, or Temenos.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes, enterprise architecture, Agile delivery, and tools such as Jira, Rally, or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with source control systems such as GitHub or SVN.
