Supply Chain Rotational Analyst - May 2027 Grads

Location: Mequon, Wisconsin, United States, with a hybrid work schedule and office attendance required during onboarding. The program may include short-term relocation to Woodstock, Illinois; Saukville, Wisconsin; and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Relocation assistance is available, and willingness to travel as needed is required.

What you will do

• Complete three rotations lasting 10 months each over a two- to three-year program.
• Develop experience in procurement, supply and demand planning, transportation, and supply chain transformation.
• Analyze supply chain operations and support process improvement initiatives.
• Build cross-functional knowledge through exposure to multiple hirify.global businesses.
• Work with individuals at different levels across the organization and contribute to team objectives.
• Transition into a guaranteed full-time placement after successful program completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a strong academic record.
• Supply chain, general business, or related internship experience.
• Previous experience working in a team environment.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative, commitment to results and process improvement, and willingness to travel as needed.
