Supply Chain Rotational Analyst - December 2026 Grads

Location: Mequon, Wisconsin, with a hybrid work schedule and potential short-term relocation to Woodstock, Illinois; Saukville, Wisconsin; or Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations over a two- to three-year program.
• Gain experience in procurement, supply and demand planning, transportation, and supply chain transformation.
• Support supply chain initiatives across hirify.global businesses.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to process improvement and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Transition into a guaranteed full-time placement after completing the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Graduation in December 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and a strong academic record.
• Supply chain, general business, internship, or related experience.
• Demonstrated communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and relocate temporarily for rotations.
