Founding Financial Crimes Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: New York City, on-site. Candidates must be based in New York or willing to relocate to the United States.

Annual US base salary: $100,000–$150,000 plus equity.

hirify.global is building a regulated banking and fintech platform that combines a national bank charter with Marble, a proprietary code-based core banking system.

What you will do

• Process, review, clear, and escalate transaction monitoring alerts while maintaining SLA adherence.
• Progress from alert review to case investigations and SAR filings.
• Analyze false positives and recommend adjustments to transaction monitoring rules and models.
• Identify emerging financial crime typologies and translate findings into monitoring requirements.
• Perform case reviews, trend analysis, risk assessment work, metrics preparation, reporting, and other compliance operations.
• Draft and update desktop guidance for case investigations.

Requirements

• Exceptional English proficiency.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate to the United States.
• Experience with data and trend analysis.
• Experience with AI implementation.
• Ability to work in a high-agency, process-driven environment and improve systems through automation.
