Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk

Location: Remote for residents of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, California, or Virginia. Washington residents within reasonable driving distance of Tukwila must work from headquarters on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; other approved remote locations are fully remote.

Salary: $88,000–$107,500 target range annually; full pay range $68,300–$127,500 annually. Performance-based incentives may also be available.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report risks related to AI, machine learning, generative AI, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Perform independent reviews and validations of AI systems, models, tools, data, and processes.
• Support AI governance frameworks, oversight activities, control evaluations, and risk management practices.
• Maintain the enterprise inventory of AI models, tools, and agents, including registration, risk classification, monitoring, and periodic reviews.
• Evaluate internally developed and third-party AI solutions for risks, controls, policies, and regulatory alignment.
• Develop analyses, testing procedures, dashboards, monitoring tools, reports, and quantitative risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance, statistics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of applicable Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management principles, governance frameworks, AI, machine learning, generative AI, data analytics, and responsible AI regulation.
• Analytical, problem-solving, research, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business, technology, governance, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI Risk Management, AI Governance, Model Risk Management, or Emerging Technology Risk.
• Experience with Python, SQL, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, GRC platforms, or similar tools.
