Relationship Associate (Automotive Finance)

Location: US - OK - Tulsa; candidates should reside within the Tulsa, OK market and travel 25–50% within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Use CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs.
• Identify dealer needs and promote relevant product solutions and campaigns.
• Manage accounts and support dealer growth through performance-focused discussions.
• Service customer accounts and mitigate account risk.
• Maintain existing relationships and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel 25–50% within the Tulsa market.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain productivity, and adapt in a multifaceted environment.
• Ability to use required technology, including mobile applications and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong accountability for local goals and business targets.

Nice to have

• Previous auto industry experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills.
