Global Payroll Analyst

What you will do

• Execute domestic and international payroll cycles, including compensation inputs, deductions, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Conduct pre- and post-payroll audits, investigate discrepancies, and maintain payroll accuracy across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support payroll accounting through month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, management reporting, and year-end tax activities.
• Manage the payroll help desk and resolve employee payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate with external vendors, PEO/EOR partners, and tax agencies.
• Use HRIS and AI-enabled tools to maintain confidential records, adapt to legislative changes, and improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience processing international payroll.
• Working knowledge of PEO/EOR systems and multi-frequency payroll cycles.
• Experience with payroll audits, discrepancy resolution, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude, including the ability to learn new AI-enabled tools and systems.
• English fluency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing, verifying, and auditing payroll records using ADP.
• Knowledge of domestic and international payroll law, tax withholding, benefits, retirement systems, 401(k), IRC 125, and HSA.
• Enthusiasm for supporting global employee questions and resolving payroll issues.
