AVP Product Manager - Proxy Account Opening (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 15% each.

What you will do

• Define and drive the proxy account opening product roadmap across deposits, brokerage, credit card, and related products.
• Work with product leaders and business stakeholders to identify customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Define workflows, process maps, data flows, and product requirements.
• Prioritize feature releases and lead product owners, designers, and solution architects.
• Coordinate critical project delivery, operational readiness, documentation, training, and staffing.
• Analyze business metrics and customer feedback, perform user acceptance testing, and present roadmaps, KPIs, features, and project status to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience building or managing technical products.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and SDLC processes.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and with Microsoft DevOps or Jira.
• Experience with KYC, KYB, identity verification, and fraud prevention solutions.
• Ability to communicate across business, technology, analytics, risk, and operations and work autonomously within cross-functional teams.
