What you will do

• Manage product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, enhancements, launches, and lifecycle priorities across complex product suites.
• Conduct client and stakeholder discovery to identify business needs, user challenges, market opportunities, and emerging requirements.
• Define product vision, value propositions, positioning, MVP features, and strategic priorities.
• Translate client and business needs into personas, journeys, use cases, process flows, data models, and product requirements.
• Partner with application development, agile, analytics, and data science teams throughout discovery, development, testing, and delivery.
• Lead product launches, releases, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, education, documentation, and adoption communications.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex products or product portfolios throughout the product lifecycle.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, business requirements, value propositions, and launch plans.
• Experience translating client and market needs into product requirements, features, and strategic priorities.
• Experience partnering with application development and agile teams to deliver technology-enabled products or solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
