Senior Associate, Compliance (Webull Pay)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's Global HQ in St. Petersburg, Florida, United States

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.

What you will do

• Investigate transaction monitoring and Know Your Transaction alerts using blockchain analytics systems.
• Review sanctions and adverse media screening alerts, documenting dispositions and escalating relevant cases.
• Analyze trading and transfer activity for market abuse, fraud, sanctions evasion, insider trading, manipulation, execution issues, and other financial crimes.
• Conduct blockchain tracing investigations involving AML, fraud, sanctions violations, and digital asset risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Cyber Security, Associate Directors, and the CCO on cross-department investigations.
• Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports to FinCEN and improve monitoring, surveillance, investigation, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial crime, preferably within fintech or a financial institution.
• Strong understanding of digital currency regulations, compliance frameworks, and emerging risks.
• Experience with cryptocurrency blockchain tracing and tools such as Chainalysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
