Senior Architect, Anthropic Enablement (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept scoping, live demonstrations, and technical proposal work for Claude Code and Claude Cowork.
• Design and deliver hands-on enablement sessions for groups of 20+ engineers and technical business users.
• Answer detailed architecture, context management, permissions, data flow, security, and failure-mode questions independently.
• Map client workflows to Claude Code and Claude Cowork capabilities, develop business cases, and identify follow-on engagements.
• Build reusable demo repositories, custom skills, workshop curricula, and reference architectures.
• Advise regulated clients on secure and compliant AI configurations, governance, audit trails, and data handling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, with recent hands-on experience in agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Claude Code and Claude Cowork, including skills, MCP servers, subagents, and permission scopes.
• A named example of an agentic AI system built, such as a custom skill, MCP integration, multi-step agent workflow, or agent-enabled CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience presenting to 20+ technical audiences and answering challenging questions from senior engineers.
• Pre-sales or technical sales engineering experience covering discovery, demonstrations, SOW scoping, or technical proposals.
• Experience with enterprise security and governance reviews for AI tooling, plus the ability to demo and debug live without a script.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry.
• Experience as a sales engineer or solutions consultant at an enterprise software or AI company.
• Contributions to Anthropic-based tooling, including MCP servers, shared skill libraries, or agent orchestration frameworks.
