Associate Field Service Engineer (Mass Spectrometry)

Location: Remote, Goa, India; the role is part of the Western Service Team and requires travel for overnight or outstation calls at short notice.

What you will do

• Complete and successfully pass assigned training tasks for relevant products and responsibilities.
• Install, repair, and maintain mass spectrometry instruments.
• Handle escalated and critical customer service calls.
• Provide customer-centric field service and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with instruments such as GC, HPLC, or mass spectrometers.
• In-depth service knowledge of analytical instrumentation, especially mass spectrometry and HPLC.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication.
• Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight and outstation calls at short notice.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment as required.

Nice to have

• Additional experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry.
