Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and up to one day working from home

Salary: $44,000–$66,600 per year, plus potential variable compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Process, reconcile, and balance assigned financial products accurately, promptly, and in compliance with department procedures.
• Process transaction requests and provide seamless operational service with minimal direction.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with internal and external business partners.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with appropriate resources to implement solutions.
• Use computer applications to provide operational processing information and take appropriate action.
• Participate in team or department projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education and relevant experience may be combined to meet the requirement.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, including operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Ability to research and resolve problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transaction-based environment.
• Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Valid United States work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship.
