Treasury Analyst (Remote)

Location: United States; Remote. Work from home is required, with working hours aligned to U.S. Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time.

Annual salary: $56,700–$70,000.

What you will do

• Prepare daily cash positions and manage account transfers, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
• Manage banking relationships, bank accounts, authorized signers, and electronic payment activities.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash forecasts, analyses, debt compliance packages, and Board reports.
• Oversee intercompany settlements, statutory deposits, investments, tax payments, and unclaimed property filings.
• Analyze bank fees, support treasury controls, and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain treasury policies and documentation while supporting audits and accounting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including treasury or cash management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with online banking systems and electronic payments.
• Knowledge of treasury policies, U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounts, and account activity drivers.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with macros.
• Public accounting experience.
