Manager, Operations

Location: Remote within the continental United States; travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Oversee operations and business strategy across cross-functional departments to support strategic objectives.
• Develop methodologies for tracking issues, solving problems, interpreting program results, and presenting insights.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and evolve metrics for measuring product effectiveness and return on investment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase staff, provider, and member satisfaction.
• Support the planning, achievement, and tracking of strategic initiatives and organizational scorecard results.
• Advise on improvement activities and apply quality improvement techniques to eliminate waste and rework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in operational business processes or data analysis.
• Experience in managed care or the insurance industry is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Experience working in a matrix environment is preferred.

Nice to have

• Practical experience implementing continuous improvement through Six Sigma or Total Quality Management.
