AHS Training Specialist (Autonomous Haulage Systems)

Location: Elko, Nevada, USA 89801; onsite position. Travel up to 25%.

What you will do

• Create, review, and maintain training and technical documentation materials.
• Support the implementation and execution of the Autonomous Haulage System training program across regional networks.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to AHS sites, regional trainers, Performance Assurance, Continuous Improvement, training development, and Technical Support teams.
• Support AHS deployments by developing training plans, training regional personnel, and conducting training sessions.
• Coordinate knowledge-transfer sessions for new system releases and advise users on new features.
• Develop and implement Train-the-Trainer programs, certify AHS instructors and users, evaluate training needs, and maintain training records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with operational Fleet Management Systems.
• Experience training Autonomous Haulage System instructors and users.
• Experience supporting regional Autonomous Haulage System deployments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical documents, manage complex projects, solve problems, and adapt to evolving technology-driven processes.
• Strong customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Experience as a field operator and Central Controller.
• Training or assessment certification.
• Experience developing needs analyses and training plans.
