Salary: $84,000–$126,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible stock or regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Drive and implement the business plan for the assigned grocery operations area to achieve production, quality, safety, and facility goals.
• Forecast staffing needs, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to identify operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with logistics and company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Supervise managers, leaders, and associates by setting direction, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting development.
• Participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, evaluation, and resolution of associate, customer, and supplier concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, logistics, business administration, finance, production management, operations management, or a related field, plus qualifying operations experience; alternatively, three years of relevant operations, distribution, logistics, or retail experience may qualify.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers or supervisors.
• Experience managing workload across multiple departments or operational areas.
• Experience participating in employee hiring and promotion decisions.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, ethics, and compliance standards in a facility environment.
