North America Manufacturing L&D Program Manager

Location: Remote — United States or Canada. Travel: up to 50% throughout North America.

What you will do

• Lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work instruction and training platform across North American manufacturing facilities.
• Partner with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leadership teams to standardize work instructions and improve workforce training.
• Lead site implementations, deliver training, and coach local teams across approximately 30 facilities.
• Drive user adoption and establish sustainable governance practices for digital training and operational knowledge management.
• Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives.
• Travel throughout North America to support training initiatives at multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and significant relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in Learning & Development, training delivery, employee onboarding, instructional design, workforce development, or corporate training programs.
• Ability to facilitate training, engage learners, and drive adoption across diverse employee populations.
• Strong technical aptitude with learning technologies, digital training platforms, or learning management systems.
• Ability to learn new systems and technologies, including the Dozuki digital training platform.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, industrial, or operations training experience.
• Experience with Workday Learning, LMS platforms, training software, or digital work instruction systems.
• Experience supporting multi-site training programs, technology implementations, or large-scale learning initiatives.
