Global Logistics Coordinator - Transcon Evening Shift

Location: Carteret, New Jersey, United States; onsite. Evening schedule: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM.

Salary: USD 48,000–52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of domestic air, ground, and intermodal freight.
• Consolidate and route shipments based on profitability and customer expectations.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and monitor active shipments through key milestones.
• Enter operational data accurately and use workflow and activity reports to manage daily responsibilities.
• Provide customer updates, troubleshoot service issues, and maintain effective communication with customers, service providers, and internal departments.
• Manage billing, standard operating procedures, KPI compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Ability to meet company procedures, compliance requirements, and KPI standards.
• Availability for the evening schedule: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM.
