Global Technology Alliance Manager (Databricks)

Location: Remote, Colorado, United States

Salary: $154,445–$193,057 USD or $220,640–$275,801 USD OTE, depending on role level and location.

What you will do

• Own the global relationship with Databricks and serve as the primary partner contact.
• Coordinate sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, product, and partner operations teams.
• Build trusted relationships with US field sales and pre-sales representatives and key partner stakeholders.
• Connect Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with Databricks partner sales teams to support solution selling and customer experience.
• Establish and execute repeatable and customized joint go-to-market programs.
• Increase mutual customer adoption, pipeline development, and revenue for Fivetran and Databricks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in data, cloud, or enterprise software.
• Experience managing complex global relationships.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure.
• Ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders and technology partners.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience developing joint pipeline opportunities.
• Experience influencing cross-functional sales, engineering, marketing, and operations teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent data infrastructure products.
