Technical Product Lead (AI Finance App)

What you will do

• Own a product vertical end to end, including strategy, outcomes, metrics, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and launch.
• Shape technical solutions across APIs, architecture, databases, data flows, ledgering, reconciliation, security, scalability, and failure management.
• Balance product correctness, delivery speed, cost, reliability, regulatory requirements, operational complexity, and user experience.
• Embed KYC, transaction monitoring, transaction limits, privacy, licensing, and other compliance controls into product design.
• Identify effective AI use cases and establish evaluation frameworks, safeguards, human oversight, reliability standards, and failure-handling mechanisms.
• Coordinate Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance while delivering products from concept through production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning complex technical products from strategy through production.
• Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, workflows, distributed systems, and failure modes.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading, fintech, or another regulated, high-consequence environment.
• Experience developing products with LLMs or other AI technologies, including evaluation, reliability, safeguards, and appropriate use cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Strong English communication skills required; English is the primary working language.

Nice to have

• Engineering experience or a highly technical product background.
• Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for machine learning or LLM-powered products.
