Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Own the vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the AI Hub across the patient journey.
• Design the AI-and-human operating model, including autonomous agent work, human escalation, and context-preserving handoffs.
• Expand safe automation while instrumenting workflows to identify where and why human intervention is needed.
• Partner with sales, customers, and leadership to translate pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacy needs into scalable products.
• Lead cross-functional work across engineering, AI/ML, operations, implementation, clinical, compliance, and customer success.
• Mentor other product managers and help establish the operating model for AI-powered patient support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product line or portfolio and responsibility for product strategy.
• Deep specialty pharma and patient support expertise, including hub services, benefit verification, prior authorization, copay assistance, financial assistance, and payer/PBM workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing workflows that combine software and human operations.
• Ability to define metrics, manage dashboards, and make roadmap decisions based on data.
• Experience working in regulated, safety-first environments where accuracy and compliance are essential.
• Senior cross-functional and executive-facing leadership experience, including direct customer work.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
• Working knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Experience owning customer implementations.
• Experience shipping AI/ML or agentic products.
