Senior Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: New York, hybrid

Annual salary: $203,000–$233,025, plus equity, bonus eligibility, and a 15% annual salary bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and activation experience, from identity verification and KYC/KYB through first meaningful platform use.
• Set the roadmap for the hirify.global Dashboard, including account management, transactions, and reporting.
• Shape the compliance AI agent strategy and identify opportunities to automate manual onboarding and operational work.
• Manage vendor relationships and integrations across KYC/KYB and transaction-monitoring systems.
• Build shared platform tooling and infrastructure that enables other teams to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design, and Engineering to align priorities and execute the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company.
• Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodian.
• Strong understanding of the global regulatory landscape affecting crypto compliance.
• Experience managing broad cross-functional portfolios covering compliance, operations, money movement, notifications, reporting, and developer tooling.
• Experience evaluating and procuring compliance vendors, partnering with Compliance or Legal, and owning KYC/KYB or identity-related products.
• Data-informed prioritization skills and a track record of aligning executives around competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or case management tools.
