Salary: $70,715–$113,145 per year, with potential eligibility for short-term incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Provide employee and management consultation on personal, workplace, and management concerns.
• Deliver EAP assessments, short-term counseling, critical incident response, orientations, webinars, and health and wellness training.
• Assess clinical risk, substance abuse, dependency, and job performance concerns, then provide referrals to appropriate care and community resources.
• Manage a caseload and complete timely, accurate case documentation in line with quality and performance standards.
• Analyze operational challenges, recommend continuous improvement actions, and present issues clearly in writing and verbally.
• Build effective relationships across the organization, support team activities, and maintain current clinical skills.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience after completing the graduate degree.
• Current independent behavioral health licensure meeting state, commonwealth, or customer-specific requirements, such as LCSW-C, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, or LPC.
• Clinical training in chemical dependency, mental health, and brief therapy.
• Knowledge of workplace issues, employee–employer relationships, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and Drug-Free Workplace requirements.
• Competence in crisis intervention, solution-focused brief therapy, customer service, training, listening, and client assessment.
