2027 Corporate Strategy & Transformation Intern

Location: Miami, Florida, United States

Annual base pay: $100,000–$115,000, prorated for the 10-week internship

hirify.global is a global multi-manager hedge fund investing across quantitative, tactical, fundamental equity, and discretionary macro and fixed-income strategies using proprietary technology, infrastructure, and risk analytics.

What you will do

• Support the planning and orchestration of high-priority strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and operating playbooks covering milestones, requirements, and expected impact.
• Use the Path Forward framework to help define and track Objectives and Key Results.
• Analyze system workflows and real-world problems across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
• Support stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment with senior team members, including the COO and CTO.
• Explore AI applications for organizing knowledge, improving efficiency, and enabling enterprise change.

Requirements

• Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and interest in defining and implementing solutions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, listening, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Interest in Enterprise Project Management and Requirements Formalization.
• Basic understanding of the stock market.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
• Degree studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization or UI design.
• SQL, Python, or other programming and database-querying coursework or experience.
• Interest or experience applying AI tools to organize and structure knowledge and improve efficiency.
