Focus on managing a 15–25-person team, resolving manufacturing-process issues, tracking KPIs, and ensuring work packages and aircraft documentation meet delivery requirements.

Location: On-site in Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; 2nd shift. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Aerospace manufacturing operations producing A320 Family aircraft at a U.S. commercial aircraft facility.

What you will do

  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate production activities within an A320 assembly-line station.
  • Lead and develop a team of 15–25 employees through performance management, training, qualification, coaching, and recognition.
  • Monitor aircraft progress, provide updates to management, and coordinate activities across production, quality, procurement, and other support functions.
  • Manage station tools and jigs, including maintenance, repair, and calibration requirements.
  • Identify and resolve manufacturing-process issues, improve workflows, and standardize effective processes.
  • Ensure work packages, materials, aircraft documentation, costs, quality specifications, safety requirements, and delivery expectations are met.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in aviation, manufacturing engineering, assembly processes, production methods, or equivalent experience.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.
  • Experience creating and managing KPIs, planning work, organizing resources, and handling complex operational information.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems, production management systems, aviation manufacturing quality and logistics rules, and industry safety practices.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Ability to work on-site in a production environment and operate relevant office and production equipment.

Nice to have

  • Two or more years of leadership experience in aviation.
  • Experience leading a team in a similar production-supervision role.
  • Experience working as a member or leader of an international team.
