Industrial Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Kinston, NC, United States; onsite 100%. Travel required 5–15% domestically and internationally. Applicants must be eligible for employment in the United States and have current work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available for US positions unless explicitly specified. What you will do

• Lead integrated multifunctional teams in composite manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Monitor industrial flow and align production activities with operational objectives and quality standards.
• Implement and continuously improve hirify.global Operating System routines using data and Pareto analysis.
• Identify root causes of quality defects and eliminate manufacturing process disturbances.
• Drive delivery, quality gates, line balancing, resource forecasting, and on-time completion of work packages.
• Support global production ramp-up governance and facilitate collaboration with hirify.global entities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industrial engineering or similar experience.
• Knowledge of aviation production and quality rules.
• Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English; current US work authorization required.
• Technical proficiency in SAP and Google Workplace, with strong communication, teaching, leadership, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, German, or Spanish.
