Salary: $149,600–$187,000 per year in Dallas, Texas

What you will do

• Negotiate and manage high volumes of pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs, confidentiality agreements, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for investment funds and asset manager clients.
• Maintain and update client playbooks to ensure consistency and quality in contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals while reviewing their work.
• Identify opportunities to improve hirify.global’s legal technology suite using AI-backed tools.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of post-law-school corporate or transactional experience.
• Independent experience negotiating pre-M&A contracts, including NDAs, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters.
• Experience with asset managers, investment banks, or other financial services firms.
• Law degree and license to practice law in the United States or Canada.
• Ability to provide clear, concise legal advice and build relationships with sophisticated financial services clients.
• Comfort working with legal technology tools such as AI solutions and HighQ.
