Operations Manager (Retail)

Location: Mercedes, Texas, United States; onsite retail store role

Salary: USD 60,000–75,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage store operations, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and efficient product flow.
• Train store staff on technology and operational procedures.
• Partner with the General Manager and cross-functional teams on annual budgets and store resources.
• Lead operational staff, set clear expectations, and hold employees accountable to high standards.
• Support customer experience initiatives and special events with PR and Marketing partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform extended periods of standing, bending, climbing, reaching, and other physical store duties.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
